TERMS OF USE

GENERAL

Due to the nature of our treatments we hope you will understand if on occasions your appointment time overruns.
We support your request for the practitioner of your choice. Please have the name ready when booking the appointment. 

At certain times, it may not be possible to accommodate your requests, then we would be grateful for your consideration and flexibility. However, we pledge that we will do our best at all times to accommodate your requests and preferences.
By giving us your email address you agree to be added to our mailing list. We do not share your details with any other individuals, companies, or third parties.
For health and safety reasons no other person than the practitioner and the client are allowed in the treatment room.
No warranty or guarantee is made by Forever Flawless Aesthetics Ltd (the ‘clinic’) as to results. It is possible that results may not come up to expectations or goals. Clients must be aware that results may vary from client to client.
Minimum age for any treatment is Eighteen (18) years of age. Proof of age may be required upon request.

PRICING POLICY

We do not believe in cut-price procedures to secure bookings before adding hidden extras, and only operate a transparent pricing policy.
While our charges are highly competitive, we do not compromise on quality and use recognised brand named equipment and products only.
Initial consultations for all treatments are free of charge and not subject to the client committing to a procedure and/or payment package.
We do not employ sales person at our clinic. None of our staff is paid a commission or bonus of any kind.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
No discount(s) is/are available unless the treatment is on “Special Offer”, or has been expressly specified in a marketing or advertising campaign or promotion.
Payment by cash, bank transfer, all major credit/debit cards, and Fresha Pay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment cancellations or rearrangements are subject to a minimum notice period of Twenty-Four (24) hours prior to your appointment (including weekends and bank holidays). You will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of the full value of the treatment(s) if the cancellation policy is not adhered to. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment please call or text    us at: 07739 062611. If you are contacting us by text message or voicemail please ensure that you state clearly the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Cancellation or rearrangement
  • Your telephone number
  • The date and time of your appointment
  • The treatment(s) that you were booked in for

NO SHOW POLICY

If you have arranged a booking but fail to attend your appointment, or are more than Twenty (20) minutes late arriving to your appointment, we will be unable to commence with the appointment, and you will be liable to pay the full value of the treatment(s). We reserve the right to refuse/cancel treatment(s) or appointment(s) without prior arrangement at any time.

CHILD SUPERVISION

Children are welcome into our clinic, however, we regret that our staff members are unable to supervise children during treatments for both Health & Safety and insurance reasons.
Please do not bring your children along to your appointment unless they are supervised by another adult.
Children will not be allowed into treatment rooms under any circumstances for Health & Safety and insurance reasons.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits paid in advance are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation without a rearranged appointment.

REFUND POLICY

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment purchases. However, if you change your mind about your purchase within Fourteen (14) days, we will be happy to exchange it for another treatment, or offer you a credit note. The only exception to this policy is a serious or long term illness, confirmed by a medical certificate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
